​   It is currently located 435 km east of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur, and is moving northwestward at a speed of 15 km/h. It has maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 70 km/h.
  

​   PAGASA has advised that moderate to heavy rains, along with gusts of wind, can be expected in the regions of Caraga, Eastern Visayas, and Bicol over the next few days. Thus, residents in these areas are advised to take precautionary measures.
