OUR BEGINNINGS WERE HUMBLE
To be honest I didn't even know that was what it was called when I started. I just wanted to open a shop where guys could get a traditional style haircut at an affordable price in a barbershop like atmosphere. A place you don't mind waiting for an hour, but also not worrying about how long the wait will be.
The idea came during my time in the banking industry, where they tell you to dress for success. Well if that's the case then why do all these pretty boy salons have men on their walk-in list before me? For me personally it's insulting for any man to go into one of those places and expect them to cut your hair properly, because let's face it they are staffed by women who are typically not professionally trained in traditional barbering techniques.

THE BARBERS
This is a question that's been asked over and over again in the barbering community with no real answer. A lot of barbers can give you their opinion but there are so many variables to each shop that it's hard to narrow them all down just by talking to someone. To truly know what makes a good barber shop you have to experience it yourself and that's what we're going to do.
